Our film explores the cycles of violence that persist in Black communities, delving into the systemic factors that fuel them. Deyanna Davis, currently incarcerated, is in the midst of completing her masters in theology. To complete her program, she has to create a plan to bring her faith and purpose into the world. Through her ministry, Deyanna hopes to educate and empower at-risk young girls, breaking the cycle of violence and offering them an alternative path forward. Our goal is to support her journey, providing resources and guidance so that when she completes her sentence, she can fully implement her vision.
